Subscription to SILFI is a prerequisite for attending the congress (including coffee breaks and lunches). Regulations for registration is two years and entitles you to participation in corporate activities. For members who have a relationship, a communication or a poster will be sent a copy of the proceedings.

2. PROGRAM

The general schedule of the Congress and the communications will be published on the site http://silfi2010.blogspot.com/ within the first days of August.

In the days of the Congress will be held an exhibition of publications pertaining to linguistics and philology: the conference participants wishing to exhibit a copy of their books may be entrusted to the Secretariat.

Remember that any intervention should last 20 minutes, followed by a discussion of 10 minutes.


3. TUTORIAL fault

The portal object, created by a consortium of universities SILFI italiane (Firenze, Napoli “Federico II”, Roma Tre, Torino), intende fornire agli apprendenti l’italiano L2 un ambiente di rete per l’accesso selettivo all’uso linguistico italiano. L’infrastruttura è fondata su un web corpus di contenuti italiani di rete indicizzati per dominio semantico e per valore funzionale ed è integrata da strumenti computazionali per l’estrazione dell’informazione e per la ricerca linguistica.

Nell'ambito dell’XI Congresso SILFI, nella giornata del 6 ottobre saranno dedicati al progetto una Sessione plenaria e un Tutorial:

- Sessione plenaria: Emanuela Cresti e Massimo Moneglia, RIDIRE una infrastruttura SILFI for the acquisition of Italian L2.

- Tutorials (max. 35 participants, duration 1 hour and 30): Querying the Web corpus objected to its use in the teaching of Italian L2, by Ing. Samuele Paladini (researcher FIRB).

The tutorial is designed to show participants engaged in teaching L2 search functions available in the object and, more generally, to discuss the possibilities of research on language corpora for the acquisition of L2.

Tutorial Program:

1. Mockup infrastructure fault
2. Examples of queries to extract information use language in functional contexts and domains of excellence of Italian
3. Discussion

To register for the Tutorial you need to send an email by September 25 at silfi2010@gmail.com. Will be allowed in the first 35 requests.


4. PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS

text for publication should be sent no later than January 15, 2011 at silfi2010@gmail.com.

The editorial policy of the acts will be announced during the Congress.
